Tianjin University of Technology is a multidisciplinary, engineering‐focused public university in Tianjin, founded in 1979. It offers a full talent‐training system covering bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral, and post‐doctoral levels. There are 17 schools, ~64 undergraduate majors, 19 first‐level discipline master’s programs, 3 first‐level discipline doctoral programs, and several post‐doctoral research stations. Undergraduate students benefit from a wide spectrum of disciplines including engineering, science, management, arts, and humanities, which gives flexibility and cross‐disciplinary exposure. The campus is large (≈1.59 million square meters), with substantial facilities and international student body drawn from over 40 countries. Graduate programs are strong, particularly in engineering and technological fields, with international cooperation, joint degree programs, and growing research capacity. Graduate students are also supported by post‐doctoral stations and a growing faculty with advanced degrees.
